Personal Coaching

Service Description

Our classic one-on-one coaching session that focuses on transforming you to achieve any goal you have. From personal targets to solving dilemmas, we are here to be your reflection in rejuvenating your inner peace. The 2 hour session will begin with asking the what questions, and go from there to achieving how. By the end of the session, you will receive coaching note from our coaches to take home with you. You can choose to tak about: 1. Career dilemmas 2. All about college lifes 3. Life goals and priorities 4. Habit formation In the booking form, please indicate what topic/problems you wish to discuss with our coaches.
