Breakups or starting a new relationship. Layoffs or starting a new job. So many life transitions happen every single day, even when it feels like just an ordinary day. Sometimes, we suppress what we feel just to create a sense of stability. I remember a class I took during my undergraduate studies: intrapersonal communication, how we talk to ourselves. It’s something that helps us understand ourselves better, and in turn, helps others understand us too. Whether it’s someone close to us, colleagues, or even professionals who support us in more clinical ways. This is not a replacement for therapy with your trusted therapist. But as a communication graduate, this session offers a more structured way to reflect. We’ll use Johari Window to help you see yourself from different angles, and Logical Levels by Robert Dilts to turn that reflection into a plan.
